There is nothing easier than buying onFLYINBEE, browse the site through the special categories, click on the product you want to buy, choose the desired size and then click "Add to Shopping Bag", where the product you chose will appear in your shopping bag and continue shopping through Click on the "Continue Shopping" icon, and when you want to place your order, go to the shopping bag again and choose "Proceed to checkout", and follow the simple steps to complete the payment process. How do I know that Flyinbee has received my order?
When you register your order, you will receive an email informing you of receipt of your order, but this does not mean that the order has been confirmed; In the case of payment using a payment card, your order will be accepted as soon as the card data is approved, but in the case of payment upon receipt, the delivery address will be verified, the products are identified and shipped, then we will send you a second email confirming the shipment of the order, in case there is any problem, we will Notify you promptly and the amount previously paid will be processed.

How can I change the specified receiving address or receiving date?
This is done in coordination with the shipping company and communication with the shipping company to renew a new address or date.

You are allowed to return once for free for each order, and in the case of returning a second time from the same order, there is a shipping fee borne by the customer.

If the product was received damaged, you must inform us through the website by submitting a return request with a photo of the damaged piece attached within 24 hours of receiving the request, and in case it is not reported, it will not be accepted as a return

How do I know that a product is out of stock?
If the product is out of stock, the product will appear as 'Sold'. In rare cases, the product may be available when you place the order but run out while we are processing the order. In the event of such cases, we will notify you.

Is shipping free?
If the order is 199 riyals, shipping will be free. And if the shipment is less than 199 riyals, the shipping fee will be 19 riyals.
