• How can I buy from FLYINBEE website?
There is nothing easier than buying on FLYINBEE. Browse the site through the special categories, click on the product you want to buy, choose the desired size and then click "Add to Shopping Bag." The product will appear in your shopping bag, and you can continue shopping by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" button. When you're ready to place your order, go back to the shopping bag, choose "Proceed to Checkout," and follow the simple steps to complete the payment process. • What are the places that can be shipped to from FLYINBEE?
FLYINBEE offers shipping services to:

Shipping Costs:

  • Free shipping for orders above $99 USD.

  • If the order value is less than $99 USD, shipping charges range between $8 to $12 USD depending on the need.

• How do I know that FLYINBEE has received my order?
When you place your order, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order. However, this does not mean the order is confirmed yet. If you pay by credit card, your order will be confirmed once the card details are approved. If you pay cash on delivery, the delivery address will be verified, and the products will be shipped. We will send you a second email confirming the shipment of your order. If there is any issue, we will notify you immediately, and the amount paid will be processed.

• How can I change the specified receiving address or receiving date?
This can be done in coordination with the shipping company. Please contact the shipping company to update the address or delivery date.

• Can I change or modify the products in my order after placing the order?
Currently, you can't, but we are working on developing this service. Stay tuned to our website or contact our customer service team for updates.

• What is FLYINBEE return policy?
You are allowed one free return for each order. If you wish to return an item a second time from the same order, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

No, all retail prices include duties and taxes.

• What should I do if the product sent to me is defective or damaged?
If the product is defective or damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Submit a return request with a photo of the damaged item. If the issue is not reported within 24 hours, we will not accept the return.

• How do I know that a product is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, it will appear as "Sold Out" on the website. In rare cases, the product may become unavailable after you place the order but before the order is processed. If this happens, we will notify you.
